As the name itself suggests, this Immigration program is for aspirants who want to work and live in Quebec as Permanent Residents.  Quebec’s immigration policies (predominantly French) are different and were mandated in dialogue with the Canadian Government.

There are two stages involved in this Program:

• Make an application to the Government of Quebec for Quebec Selection Certificate
• If you stand qualified and obtain a CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec), you can apply for immigration and Permanent Residence.
