Since November 1st Australia has been welcoming back all its fully vaccinated citizens and residents. Even those who want to leave Australia (and completely vaccinated) can leave the country without seeking permission. Tourists, however, will not be allowed to enter the country until further notice. A mere PCR test to show as a proof and no quarantine at all, Aussies can reunite with their families after a hiatus of almost eighteen months.
As of now, residents and citizens who are entering Australia, have to wait inside Sydney for some time. Melbourne, too, is tightening up its procedures to invite back the people in such a way that benefits them and others from any kind of susceptibility. Although the government is facilitating the travel of the people wanting to return, there are many people who themselves do not want to take any kind of risk.
The concerned Authorities, who are foreseeing an unprecedented surge, are coming up with safest plans that would help people travel in and out during the Christmas season. Whoever wants to get back to Australia, or move out from there need to do a bit of research and see what works and what doesn’t in their case because in Australia province-specific decisions are made.
If an Australian wants to go to the US, they have to show a 72 negative PCR test report. They have to undergo the same test once again to show the negative report in the US port.
All these regulations must not make one feel depressed on the contrary should make them feel proud of their respective governments and the measures they are seeking to see the world Covid-19-free soon.
